Every day DHL collects and delivers our customers packages with the upmost of care. As we are account holders of DHL they have agreed to collect our customers parcels from anywhere in the British Isles for only £10.95.

They will personally collect your cassettes and deliver these to us by the very next day. This saves you all the unnecessary work of taking them to the Post Office and paying a lot more for a less than guaranteed service.

Please give us 24 hours notice for us to arrange this service for you. We ask if you can follow the guidelines below so that DHL can carry out this collection.

(a) Your parcel is securly sealed and your cassettes are cushioned with either newspaper or bubblewrap to avoid unnecessary movement.

(b) You have enclosed the Transfer Order Form along with your films.

(c) You have printed our address label and placed this on your box (Click Here)

(d) You are available between 09:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) when the courier collects your parcel.

It really is as simple as that, you can now sit back and rest assured that your cassettes are in safe hands. We shall email or telephone you as soon as we are in receipt of your parcel just for peace of mind purposes . To order a DHL collection through Switch to DVD Ltd just contact Jason (below) with all your details. When selecting the date of collection please leave 24 hours booking time as we need to notify DHL by 17:00 each evening. Please let us have a contact telephone number in case we need to call you to confirm a collection. Payment: We can invoice you once the Cine transfer has been completed to include the £10.95 collection fee. Alternatively, you can include the payment with your Cine reels.

We cannot arrange a specific time with DHL, we can only advise you that it will be between 09:00 - 17:00. In the event of a courier arriving and you are unavailable on the specific date a cancellation fee of £7.99 will be charged.
